For rankings (1 to 10), the following definitions applies:

1 = Extremely Dissatisfied: Large number of problems or issues (Severly Negative)

3 = Dissatisfied: Underperforms. several issues. (Moderately Negative)

5 = Acceptable: General level of acceptance (OK)

7 = Satisfied: Minor issues (Very Good)

9 = Extremely Satisfied: Hardly ever any issues or problems (Excellent)
